Day 1....here I go!

Hi everyone!

I just joined in hopes that my lingering extra 25 lbs will finally go away for good. I have been working out pretty steadily for three weeks now, but I hate getting on the scale since the numbers really never change. By joining this group & trying the shred workout in addition to what I am already doing, I hope to make some serious changes and reach my goal.

    Hi. Today is day one for me too! A few years back I had lost 30 pounds by walking then jogging then a break up (ten pounds) then spinning. I kept it off too until a car accident caused my lower spine to have a herniated disc which prohibited me from moving so much. Then I reconnected with my then boyfriend now husband and slowly but surely gained back twenty pounds :(
    My excuse was (and still is) my back. But, I learned, the more I move, the less I hurt. I want a bright future for me and my husband (and our future children) so it must start here!
