Hello!!

I'm going to jump right in and see if anyone could point me in the right direction--

I dont have too much time for excercise, although i can work in about a half an hour or so 3-4 times a week....can anyone suggest any good workouts for me??

Trouble areas::
Hips
Lower back

Inner Thighs

Any Suggestions?!

    Best advice I can give is stick with it. Add as many friends as you can get for motivation and support and it will increase the likelihood of success.

    It can take a bit getting used to always logging food you eat and can put you off at the start but it gets easier when you log food you've ate before as you can then add it with a simpe click of th button without the need to search for it.

    I've been usin it since end of April and 34 lbs lighter. Just look at my pic of proof that it can work :)

    Good luck

    I am limited on time for exercise as well. I try to do at least 30 minutes cardio and then add 15 minutes of strength exercises on the days that I am short on time. I found some great apps for short workouts - I think they are just simply called Arm Workout, Butt Workout and Ab Workout. Definitely keep track of your food intake on myfitnesspal. You will definitely start making wiser food choices after using this app! Good luck!

    Best advice you can get is that any excercise you do squeeze in, DO NOT eat back the calories you have earned from it. If you do, only eat back as few as you need.
