I NEED YOUR SHRIMP TACO RECIPES!! please haha I'm in such a mood for shrimp tacos (and i have shrimp at home:happy: ) so I was wondering whats good to put in the taco with it.....I'm making them healthier by putting them in lettuce so it's a lettuce wrap taco.....so i need your best shrimp taco recipes and i will love you forever:heart: haha

    I just made these last night. I use carb balance Tortillas by Mission Foods. My husband and I put different items in them, because he is not / does not need to count calories. Here's what I laid out and it was "build your own".

    Shredded Lettuce (Shredded cabbage is also a nice option)
    Shredded Cheese
    Avocado
    Salsa
    Sour Cream (Regular for the hubs, light for me)
    Tzatziki (I used this last night instead of Light Sour Cream - Amazingly good)
    Squeeze of lime

    Also, I sauted the shrimp in a pan sprayed with PAM and seasoned them with Old Bay.

    do you think it would be healthier to put a little avocado on it or sour cream?
