There was a time when I would have a smoothie EVERY morning. I'd like to compile a quick list of recipes. Any favorites? Here's one:

Oregon blackberry Dream

1/2 c. frozen blackberries

1/2 c. Greek yogurt

1 scoop Absolute Whey protein

1 c. milk

My favorite is: one frozen banana; one T peanut butter; one scoop vanilla protein powder; half cup coconut milk. Like dessert for dinner! You can add cinnamon to it too.

Num... I add cinnamon to EVERYTHING, so much so I didn't think about including it.

It's supposed to be a great sugar regulator.

Cayenne is supposed to be great for fat burn. Mmmmm, wonder if I could incorporate it into a smoothie... Spicy, fruity, exotic. I'm thinking fresh pineapple, coconut milk, a pinch of cayenne, Greek yogurt and protein powder. Hmmm...

    OFF TO THE LAB!

You prob already know it but I like The Quick Magical Breakfast Blaster. It is recommended by Dr. Oz. 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 Tablespoon flax oil seed, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 Tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon Psyllium husks (metamucil). It keeps me very full. I only drink half of it and save the other half for the next day.
