Weight loss- Will I have tight skin?

Hi,
I have stretch marks all over my legs(I am still growing) and I am slightly overweight(about 36 lbs) So far I have lost almost 6 lbs and I have 30lbs to go.
My main inspiration is to be able to be comfortable in a bikini and shorts. My question is: will I have unsightly extra skin like a post-pregnant woman?

Bump!
I have been reading over the forums, and it seems I can tighten skin with exercise. All of my stretch marks are on my legs, is this still the case?0 -
Every body works and reacts differently so nobody can really say for sure. If you lose the weight slowly and in a healthy way, you are more likely to see the results you want. It helps to stay really hydrated, as well. Just keep doing the work you are doing and I'm sure you'll see results. Also find some other motivators and goals to help you along the way!0

Skin is a live organ. It needs to be fed. It will take time to for it to shrink. Experts say could take up to 2 years. However, you can speed up the process:
* Exercise
* Good diet
* Plenty liquids
So, feed and take care this sucker, and it will respond positively... Good luck0 -
Depends...1. Gentics 2. How overweight are you? 3. Do things sag and flop already? 4. Have you gained and lost before? 5. How old are you? 6. Are you exercising?
1. If your blessed with great gentics you might just bounce back but if you have family members who have gone saggy after losing weight you can expect to also.
2. The larger you are the more you've stretched things out, so the bigger you are the more extra skin you'll have when you hit your goal
3. If you already have folds and bingo wings, they most likely aren't going to go anywhere. Your stuck with them, you can make them smaller but they prob. won't go away without surgery
4. The more times you gain and lose the more stress you put on muscles and skin
5. The younger you start losing, the better. Your skin is more likely to tighten up and bounce back.
6. If you exercise you'll have less sag
Good luck on the stretch marks, nothing really cures them.0 -
exercise and a clean diet are the only way you can get your skin to tighten up. Since you are still growing you are obviously underage. So you should just try to eat clean NO PROCESSED foods, make your own meals and be sure to exercise daily atleast 30-60 minutes. Look up body weight exercises they are good for toning. Since you are young maybe you should also consult a physician. But eating clean is best reguardless of age.0
