Frustrated...help please :)

Hello everyone!

I am new to MFP but have heard great things. However, I am finding it difficult to find the exercises I actually do everyday listed on here. Here are some examples: russian twists, high knees, planks, and the 30 Day Shred. Now for the 30 Day Shred I was going to just count how many/long of everything I did and go from there. I just want to be as accurate as possible and think it may be a bit difficult.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

    I don't know about the others, but 30 Day Shred is usually listed as "circuit training."

    I had to add planks to my exercise database. I couldn't find them either.
