Hey guys im new to all this. How many calories should a person consume per day if trying to lose weight?
I train twice a day. 2 hours cardio in the morning and 1 hour cardio and some weights in the evening.
i'm currently on 1200 calories per day, does that sound right?

Hey there!
Go on My home > Goals and input your current weight, goal weight and exercise level... it's a good start. If you exercise that much, most likely 1200 is way too low.0 -
You can't guess. Use the tools here to calculate what your caloric needs are. The site isn't perfect so you may need to tweak them a little bit.

The tools here will help you know better what you should be eating, but by logging your exercise you "earn" more calories. So if the site says 1200, but you burn 500, then you have 1700 for the day. Hope that makes sense.0
