Very Berry Pie

1 3/4 c. Fat-Free Cool Whip
1 prepared reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup skim milk
1 (4 serving) package sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding mix

Spread 1/4 cup Cool Whip into pie crust. Combine berries. Spoon 1 cup of berries over topping.

In a bowl, whisk the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft set. Spoon over berries. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding and top with remaining berries.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes or longer. Serve.

    Wow, that sounds good and easy which is my kind of recipe!!! May have to take this to a picnic (unless you're coming with it, then I'll make something else!) LOL!

    The SF White Pudding is in every grocery store that I go into (in Michigan) so hopefully it will be fairly easy for you to find! :smile: It is such a nice, light dessert. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
