Greetings to all.
I am fairly new to this site but I do enjoy it and looking forward to losing weight and being healthy.
My biggest question or concern is according to the site I'm suppose to eat 1900 calories a day and since i work out and lift weight it bumps it up to 2200.
Is that even possible? The most I'm able to do is at least 1300 (healthy) does anyone have an advice.
Thanks to all.

I eat an average of about 2100 calories/day. It's not all healthy... but it could be if I wanted to.
Don't eat anything that says low fat or sugar-free. Eat normal foods... full fat varieties. Make sure you get enough protein (about 1g for each lb you weigh is a good target) and the rest will fall into place. Eat nutritious foods rather than diet foods.
Lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, beans, legumes, vegetables, fruits, dairy.
If you're really struggling to get in your calories, eat more nuts, avocados, full fat greek yogurt and cheese. That will pack on the calories with good stuff.0 -
I agree with Mrsbigmack's reply. That and send some of those free calories my way!0

Just eat when you are hungry, and if you want a sweet treat make sure you save some of those calories for it! make sure its low calorie good protein rich food you eat so that you will feel fuller longer. Your body will tell you when it needs to be fed!0
