Hi all! My name is Leslie. I'm 25 and a teacher from AZ. In January 2010, I started Weight Watchers at the heaviest I have ever been: 271 (that's not typo!). I got down to 187 by May 2011, but slowly crept back up to 200 before I got pregnant in July 2011. I got up to 224 while I was pregnant and am finally ready to lose the baby weight. I started My Fitness Pal because it was free and I was tired of the inconvenience of Weight Watchers. I started a month ago at 205 and am already down to 196! I am looking for motivation to get down to my goal weight of 150 by June of next year (when my wedding may be). I'm really excited, but worry that, with a new baby in the house, I wont be able to find much time for exercise! I'm looking for some friends who will help me get to my goal, and I will help you get to yours!!

Hi Leslie welcome Ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it. I keep myself motivated by setting new goals when I’ve reached one. I use to weigh 350lbs now I am at 180lbs still pushing hard so I can totally relate. So keep on pushing yourself. feel free to add me. I am alway looking to motivate other people as well as motivate me through others reaching their goals! I started at 257 currently fluctuating between 230 and 227 due have not committed to myself fully but i have now!0
