New to the site - need some friends

I have let myseft go over the past 10 years I do some walking everyday to the train and back but I have gained over 60 pounds telling myself I can't lose it if I tried. Now I have hit 305lb and my wife is now concerned. I found this site and hope it can keep me motivated. Looking for motivated and friends people.

    Good for you for taking the steps to get healthier! I am in the same boat and I have gained too much weight over the past few years! This is my first day on the site and so far I've found the community to be so supportive and helpful. I am sure you can lose the weight if you put your mind to it and really try!
