What's your dream weight loss solution?

I'm already too far into this for a dream weight loss solution...but.. An article came out in the LA times about an obesity vaccine. "Obesity vaccine takes a step forward". (I didn't read the rules here, so I'll just say google that if you want to read about it.)
That'd be the ultimate weight loss solution. Imagine this... Going to CVS or Walgreens or whatever pharmacy..Then just get a shot, and wammy zammy wow-e zow-e .. Weightloss.0 -
For the first time in my life, I have something to be proud of that is all mine to own! Silly perhaps, but there it is.
Great question, thanks!
Not silly at all! Flippin awesome! Cause that's the way to do it:)0 -
Wish insurance would cover charges for gyms, nurtionist, personal trainer and massage therapy. That would be lovely - lol - big dream of course, but one can dream.
God, I love living in Europe... many of these things are actually covered by the NHS if you really need them in the UK (not the personal trainer I imagine, and the massage would have to be physiotherapy though... and you might wait a while for all of them!).0 -
 Just the ability to lose weight period. Despite my best efforts for almost three months, VERY LITTLE loss...:sad:0

As for my fantasy weight loss solution, definitely something that happened when I slept. Possible for several months, would be a nice break and I'd wake up thin! Might need a bit of help walking and on muscle development after 2 months out cold though... maybe not such a good plan!0

Idealistically, I wish I had a pimped out home gym, a trainer, and a personal chef like some of the mega-celebrities.
Agreed. I would eat so well if somebody else did all the cooking. Imagine if delicious, healthy, balanced meals just appeared on the table everyday. Either that or free gym memberships for everybody!0 -
The sleep remedy. To just go to sleep one day and wake up the next with all the weight gone! (except clothes might be an issue lol)
haha, THIS ONE!0 -
I wish eating horrific amounts of chocolate resulted in extreme weight loss...I would be sooooo skinny.
Realistically, I wish my husband wouldn't be such a lazy butt all the time and would encourage me to reach my goals a little more. He's a good guy, but a little too happy with where I am currently at.
^^this
My husband is pretty please with where I am and could honestly care less if i lost any weight at all. He just doesn't care that much. He SAYS he's always found me physically attractive so it doesn't matter what weight I'm at to him.
all ideas were great. LOL i could totally do MANY of the suggestions if it meant i'd be thin and fit. haha0 -
Nanobots, they start from the top of your head and work their way out via your toenails. They consume fat, erradicating excess fat cells as they go, sculpting your body, repairing your skin (stretch marks etc), et voila, one new hot bod to go.0

I wish I had a 2 hour lunch break so I had 100 minutes at the gym instead of 400

I wish that I could work better around situations that get in the way of dieting and exercise and that I could just get over the night time cravings. Have control to just eat a little treat and not totally go overboard. I honestly want to do the work so I can feel good about my accomplishments. Oh, and one more, once I lose the weight, to be able to keep it off. I have lost the same 50 pounds over and over, just to gain it back.0

Hibernation. Then i wouldn't have to be cold, either.0

I want a pill that allows me to ingest whatever food I want, but the calories/nutrients/satiety ends up in the body of some starving child in Africa.
^ I wish I had thought of that. :drinker:0 -
my dream weight loss solution would be to not crave chocolate!! Haha and quicker visible workout results... this is a dream right? Instant workout results, even small ones. :-)
Dark chocolate is GOOD for ya - I eat it regularly as part of my eating regimen - tons of antioxidants.0
