Hi, I'm a little new to this. I've been pretty thin all my life due to the fact that my mom is a dietician. As i've grown up, I think my metabolism has slowed down quite a bit and I find it hard to lose weight no matter what i do. I'm currenty 5'3 and about 135/140 pounds. I dont feel fat when I look in a mirror, and I think a lot of the weight is muscles. I would still like to get to about 120 though. Thats my dream weight. Any suggestions or motivation?
