Why some of us can not get fat

All of us seem to have a peak weight that we can reach and after that point it is almost impossible to gain more weight. Some people can way up to 180 pounds, others can way 300 pounds, most can way up to somewhere around 200-230 pounds and after that point we burn off excess calories as heat. This is why some people can not get fat.

A calorie is in fact not just a calorie the body regulates weight in a far more complicated way.

You know, I've read some unscientific drivel on these forums, but I think this one takes the biscuit.

That was unusually mean of me. Sorry. You spelled weight correctly, just drop the t for weigh.

As for the rest, no comment, others have a will say it.

Guys, if it is on the internet, it must be true!
  • I think there ARE some people that can't gain weight, but for the vast majority, They will keep gaining as long as they consume more calories then they use...Not rocket science..
