polar ft4 with chest strap

so i bought a polar ft4(with chest strap) today and tried it out for the first time and would have to say i really enjoyed it! I was skeptical about spending $100 on a HRM but i figured for my health it was worth it to spend on the higher end(and i believe it was!) my treadmill and elliptical were actually about 15-20 calories lower than what my HRM said and it takes in more info than they do so i figured (by that and research) i should trust it more than my treadmill. now gain i have only used it once and it worked great on running but i also wanted one to calculate calories while I swim so we will be checking that out next week sometime (due to i am going out of town this weekend) Hopefully this helps anyone wanting to get a HRM! FOR YOUR HEALTH SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY! YOU CAN ALWAYS RETURN IT IF YOU DONT LIKE IT!
