Nike Training Club - iPhone?

I just downloaded Nike Training Club on my iPhone and I was wondering if anyone knew how to log it? Since you can have anywhere from 20 min work outs to and hour +. I'm not sure if I should put it under cardio(but it doesn't tell you caloric burn) or under strength training? Any thoughts?

    Love NTC...just finished the Jump Start workout. I log it as Circuit Training.
