I dont remember where I found the recipe but here it is...

1 scoop of protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp of honey
splash of almond milk
1 mashed up banana ( i sometimes use 1/2 cup of applesauce instead)

...theyre pretty good...my boyfriend loves them..i find they taste "healthy" so im still getting used to eating them as a replacement for food that's no good for me..after all.. "healthy" is the point!
Hope you like them!

Do you know what the nutritional value is and how many servings?

I estimate them to be about 3 servings depending on how big you make them.... I usually have two and my boyfriend has three but two is almost too filling for me especially if i have a smoothie with it. If you prefer a less "oatmealy" consistency you can grind the oats to make an oat flour.

stats per serving are estimated to be:
    cal:195
    carbs: 22
    fat: 3
    protein: 21
(that might change depending on the fruit you add or the type of protein powder you use)

I've had them with fruit on top, or a sugar free organic blueberry jam, or a sugar free syrup.
    Hope this helps =)
