                    my weight loss has completely stalled.looking for some ideas how to get back on the losing side again.i am on 1420 calories and very active....just trying to figure out what to do to get it moving again....  :-)

            It would be helpful if we could see your diary, otherwise any suggestions are just shots in the dark.
 Just on what little you've told us, I would guess eating a bit more would help. I know it sounds counter-intuitive but every plateau I've been on has been caused by undereating.
 Change up your routines. Add interval training or strength training if you haven't already. Change up your diet. Add new foods and get really strict about weighing and measuring what you eat to be sure you aren't accidentally eating more or less than you think you are. Drink lots of water.0

            Hi Just make sure that you burn enough cals .dont forget 3500cals =1 pound so you have to burn that much to lose a pound.0

            i thought i made it public...oops.i know i don't always make the best food choices,but i am always under calories.i have also been mixing up the exercises so as not to make my body comfortable.i even cut out the pop...i have heard much about this eating more to lose....sounds crazy but i am willing to try at this point.thank you for the thoughts... :-)0

            Sometimes it's just your body shrinking, I've hit that wall several times. Good choice on skipping the soda too. Drinking diet soda can help hide fat deep in your muscles and bones. I quit both soda and coffee, boy do you save some money on that stuff. Don't beat yourself up! Stay focused on the healthy foods, maybe higher fiber foods is something you should try.0
