New & Confused

Hello, I didn't get very far when I joined before; so I'm starting over as of yesterday! According to the settings, to lose 2 pounds a week the site says my calorie intake should be 1200 a day. When I exercise I earn more calories. Should I eat those calories or stick to only eating 1200 calories a day?

You need to eat them (I am a Personal Trainer). If you only take in 1200 and then exercise on top of that, your body lacks the energy to keep all your vital processes going. Long story short- you get sick.
Hope this helps and best of luck x0 -
you eat the extra ones you earn0

Great! Thank you. I sorta thought that, but didn't want to be over-eating...especially since that's what I'm trying to get away from.0
