Fellas.....how do you feel when some random guy sends you a blank Friend Request.....?

I mean......women are cool....lol......but some random guy just smiling at you with no message........???.....IJS.....weird right.....

    I don't send guys friend request, hell I don't send friend request to anyone. Personally I don't want this be like facebook where you get all the friend request just for numbers. I don't mind friending anybody that is like minded about losing weight and or fitness!

    Simple policy for myself....FR without message = denied. I apply it equally to men and women. I break that rule in rare occurrences when it's someone I see on the forums a lot and get a feeling for how they will communicate. Friends on here are people you want around to keep you motivated and people you want to motivate. Communication is key in that, and I don't need or want a ton of friends on here for that motivation.
