Is there anything lke P90X or Insanity that is just all full core workout, but is a full solution system that you could use day after day, like a P90X?
I really like core workouts more than lifting.

First of all, spot training is not effective.
However, yes. Jillian Michaels has 6 week 6 pack, but it isn't like P90x or Insanity, because she only has 2 videos in that series-- one for 3 weeks, and another for 3 weeks. It is mainly core, but also has exercises that help other muscle groups like thighs. There are modifications you can do to make the workouts easier or more difficult, which she shows you.
You are not likely to find a core workout program with the variety of P90x or Insanity. I recommend getting a few videos and alternating when you get bored. Good luck.0 -
I'm not trying to spot train, I'm trying to do the opposite. A bunch of varied workouts that involve the entire body, but focus and require core strength. Maybe more like yoga, but not really stretching.0

Pilates?
How about a simple calisthenic conditioning program using full ROM?
I wouldn't call yoga "stretching". Every serious yogi I've met has legit function and body control.
I don't do abs. If you train hard your abs will get fried. If you get lean your abs will show.0 -
Yeah maybe something like that. I don't know what Pilates is exactly, but maybe that's close to what I'm after.0

New Rules of Lifting for Abs. It's fantastic0

Without a doubt, Tapout XT. Like P90X & Insanity, it's twelve weeks of six days a week; the program is based on Mixed Martial Arts training though. EVERY workout gives your core a whuppin'.0

Awesome. Thanks.0 -
P90X2 is very core heavy. Lots of moves requiring balance and use of the core. There is less weight lifting that the original.0

Sucks for you because two of the best core exercises in existence are dead lifts and squats.
Take up martial arts or something interesting (Wing Chun, Brazilian Jiujitsu, other versions of Kung Fu aside from Wing Chun, etc). I have a hard time calling anything done in your living room involving a video "weight lifting"0 -

Then you probably haven't done P90X.0 -

I see you P90x produced core strength and raise you:

You're wrong, and that's all. This is stupid to even argue. You do it your way, I'll do it mine. In the end, no one gives a *kitten*.0 -

P90X is not "weight lifting". That's like calling Tai-Bo "martial arts".
(On the other hand, I don't think a steroid using "strongman" is relevant to the discussion...)0
