Im a diabetic ,starting to lose feeling in my feet
Legs are always sore .i have a young daughter
Idd like to see graduate !
Having a hard time stoping eating . It's an addiction !!!!!

    I agree that food is an addiction! It should be treated more like a disease in my opinion. Welcome to MFP! If you need any support I'm new here too and am here if you need me :) Cheers!

    hi gary, welcome. i am new also . i just began doing kettle bell routines along with a video by Sarah Lurie.I highly recommend it. It is tough but very effective great cardio and weight training in one . check it out. bought mine on amazon. and i am up to a 15 lb weight after a couple of weeks.:smile::smile:

    Hi there! I'm going to Curves and walking on my treadmill daily. I haven't seen a big weight loss yet, but I see a difference in my body. I have 100 lbs. to lose. I'm super motivated right now. I hope I can keep it up. :) Nice to meet you. I wish you all the best.

    once you start feeling better because you are exercising you will want to eat better . trust me. and your metabolism reaaly speeds up so you will be burning off what you eat. give kettle bells a try.:smile:
