Chicken Wonton Ravioli
I make the filling and store in fridge until I want to make some and pop them in the oven. This makes bout 15 wonton ravoili.
Serving Size: 1 teaspon\1 wonton wrapper
70cal, 7g carb, 2g fat, 6g protein, 105g sodium
Ingredients
Fat Free Ricotta Cheese -Clt, 1/2 cup
Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 1/4 cup
Large Egg, 1 egg
Chopped Onion, 1 cup
Green Onion, Stalk, 2 Stalks
Chopped Green Peppers, 3/4 cup
Parmesan Grated Cheese, 4 tbsp
Dry Italian Seasonings, 2 tbsp
Fresh Garlic, Chopped, 3 tbsp
Wonton Wrapper, 1 wrapper
Cooking Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Sauté onion, green onion, garlic in fat free spray or oil of your choice
3. Place one boneless skinless chicken breast in food processor and process til ground.
4. Add chicken and cook til white and done, do not overcook these will be baked in the oven
5. Reserve mixture and cool before adding egg and cheeses.
6. Add one egg to cooled chicken mixture, add ricotta, mozzarella and grated parmesan mix well
7. Add Italian Seasonings and incorporate
8. Foil line a baking dish, I use a pizza pan.
9. Spray with oil
10. Fill a wonton: measure out one teaspoon and place in middle of wonton. Moisten edges with water folder over and crimp with fork/hand.
11. Spray wonton with oil and dust with some grated parmesan
12. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
