NSV today that has had me smiling all day

went to the doctors today for an injection which I have every three months. The nurse told me my weight was down as was my normally high blood pressure. The best bit was when the doc went to give me my injection in the upper arm. As he felt my arm he asked "have you been working out?" to which I replied I had, and he said "I thought so, your packing a nice amount of muscle".
