I started this morning on a new (temp) "cleanse"... by which I had a fruit (mango) and a cup of coffee for breakfast, 2-3 servings of vegies for both lunch and dinner with a spoonful of PB as a snack. I also had a cup of cinnamon applesause for "dessert".
After logging it in, I realized I've ate less than 500 calories!!!!!!!! I'm trying to go a week without sugar, breads/pastas/potatoes, and meat to kind of flush out my system.
Any suggestions on how I can up my calories?

No sugar and no meat.
You need TONS of veggies. Look up juice diets to get some ideas. I watched a documentary about a guy who lost 100 pounds eating 1500 cals a day of just veggie (and some fruit) juice made in a juicer.
I would guess you are eating sugar in the form of fruit since you had apple sauce so eat some high cal fruit like bananas (80-100 cals each) and add more nutts like PB (which is made of peanuts), cashews, almonds.
What about whey protein?
Good luck0 -
