My son made me one, because quite frankly, I had no idea how to make them. But he added skim milk, little bit of yogurt ice and a banana. It was delicious.0

1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup blueberries. I prefer them really thick and creamy yet somewhat sweet which is why I add cream cheese with equal amounts of fruit. And if I want different flavors, I just combine two other things...like ya pear with banana...or matcha with coconut flakes. There are endless possibilities so be creative.0

I use vanilla protein, 1 cup fruit, 10-12 oz water and milk. You have so many different variations with the fruit.
chocolate protein, 10-12 oz water/milk, peanut butter and/or bananas
There is a recipe on here some place that I just tried for a Birthday Cake Smoothie. I just made it and it is AWESOME!
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 scoop vanilla protein
3-5 drops of butter or almond extract (I think I have this part right)
1 tbsp sugar free vanilla pudding (dry mix) and/or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
sweetener of your choice - I used stevia
1/2 cup - 1 cup water (varies according to your thickness preference)
ice cubes (varies according to your thickness preference)0
