    Just go! I know how you feel, so I often have to say "I will just go for 10 minutes". Then of course by the time you get out there and start, you won't just do ten minutes... and you will feel better afterwards. It is just getting out the door that is tough some times! DO IT.

    I did it. You guys rock. :) At first I ran like there were vampires behind me...but then if vampires looked either like Alexander Skaarsgard or Deborah Ann Woll, I may have let them catch me.

    So I ran like there were zombies as you suggested. :)
