Migraines due to heat?

Does anyone else suffer from migraines due to the heat?

Whenever it is over 90 degrees I have terrible migraines. Nausea, dizziness, loss or blurred vision. It sucks.

What are some good home remedies?

    When I get one that bad, all I can do is lay in bed with an icepack over my eyes in complete silence and darkness.

    Due to heat and sunlight :(

    Drink enough water, wear shades and try to keep cool (no idea how you do that in real heat, we only have fake heat in the UK).

    Migraines are completely pants.
