Looking for a new recipe to try!

Hey guys im looking for a new recipe to try tonight. Few things the only meat i eat is fish and i dont like too many fish lol salmon, tuna, cod, haddock or prawns. I want it to be quite easy to make as am at work all day and pretty hungry when i get home from work.
Any ideas guys? x

    I love a cous cous salad

    50g dry weight cous cous, prepared with water and salt
    60g gerkins
    60g tuna ( you can increase this) or sunstitute with chicken
    Coriander, i like lots
    1/4 med avo
    cayene pepper

    I have two meatless, low calorie recipes on my blog on my page if you'd like to check them out!
    One is angel hair pasta with fresh veggies and the other is farafelle with mushrooms and spinach. Very quick to make and delicious!

    Wraps are also fun to play with you can fill them with salad and some fish / meat or just veggies.

    Fritatta / Quiche is also easy to make and delicious when served with a salad

    Have a baked (microwaved) sweet potato with a little butter, truvia, and cinnamon. That with a spinach salad is a delish dinner, and depending on what you put in your salad and dressing, could be under 300 calories!

    Or have an egg white veggie omelette with some ezekial toast.

    dip fish in egg, then in almond flour, fry in coconut oil. yum.

    20 - 30 mins bake - dory / barramundi. No mess. Throw some salt and pepper, add some dried herbs such as dill, parsley, other taste - mustard, paprika, garlic, lemon, depending what you have on hand and mood. Fish usually takes 20-25 mins, 190 degree celsius, chicken breast, but I prefer deboned thigh - 25-30 mins. Nth row in vegetables together to bake as well, eg, egg plant, peppers, tomato, mushrooms. You get a very balance diet.

    30 mins - Chef's salad - I like boiled potato, hard boiled eggs, eggs, lettuce. You can throw in ham, peppers, apple, or any left over baked chicken, Whatever you have on hand. Instead of salad cream, try Greek yogurt. Or just a smal sooonful of low fat mayo, with a little salt Nd pepper.
