State Fair New Food Choices

So some of the new food choices at the state fair this year:
- Pork donut - yes a donut filled not with cream but with pork
- steak and brat sub sandwich
- sweet potato fries served with a marshmallow dipping sauce
- deep fried stuffing on a stick.
There's just not enough foods in this world that are served on a stick so I might have to try that last one. What weird combos have you seen at your state fair?

    wow.....I read a story about deep fried cereal (like twix). ugh....pretty gross to be honest.........

    They did deep fried chocolate covered bacon this past year at our state fair (NC). They also did burgers where they replaced the buns with krispy creme donuts.
