So I have posted my sucess each week on here with my journey during Insanity. I have just completed month 1 and I am soon to start month 2. I could not be happier with the results I have seen in 30 days.

    Great results and dedication that workout is extremely difficult it is no joke so I know you earned those results with harwork and sweat and maybe even some tear lol. I hope to one day attempt this workout, but for now sticking to my turbo fire.
