1200 calorie days

It's my second day. Yesterday I was able to burn 400 calories by running. The day before I went spinning. Today I am sore- I walked 2.5 miles but it only says I earned 190 calories. I'm really nervous about staying in my calorie budget for the day, but I think my body needed a rest day. Advice? I can't possibly work out every day and I don't know how I can get thru a day on just 1200 calories

Eat two or three really big filling salads, with protein on top. You can stay within 1200.0

Veggies are typically great low-cal snacks. Find some that you like and use those as fillers when you're wanting to snack.0
