I set out on an aggressive weight loss program in 2011 on December 5th. My initial goal was to be at 250lbs by July 31st 2012. Today, over two weeks early, I have hit 250 lbs. My goal has been reset, so by December 31st I will be 215 lbs. This will be a total of 100lbs gone from my personal being. As of today, I have lost 65 lbs. What a great a feeling. I have many people to contribute to my success and you know who you are. Thanks and enjoy staying healthy. MFP, you rock!!!!!
