Hello was just looking for advice on the best amount of calories. I am 5'3 about 210 (not entirely sure started working out 3 months ago but have not weighed myself). I work out daily I am for 30 min at least but been pushing 45 instead this last week. I am set at 1500 cal a day wondered if this is right or far off?

Have you lost any weight in the last 3 months since starting your exercise program? I am 5'4 and started at 230, exercised daily and tried to keep my calorie intake at 1400 a day when I started. Have leveled off some this past two months and the weight is slower to come off but the first three months I lost 30 pounds.0

Depends on how quick you want to lose the weight. If it were me I would be around 1200-1300 calories a day.
Have you been losing weight? what type of workouts?0 -

You need to know your exact weight but this gives you a good guide as to whether your daily goal is appropriate.0 -
Depends on the person. Your TDEE if you didn't exercise would be around 2100 calories for your age, height and weight. If you want to lost 2 lbs a week, you need to cut 500 calories a day, which brings you down to 1600. You can eat back any calories you exercise off, but make sure you track as accurately as possible (heart rate monitor is best). However, if you feel full on 1500 and are seeing results, then stick with it!0
