Strength Training while on vacation/visiting family?

In less than 2 weeks I'm heading up to see my family and my in-laws. We will be at a camp grounds for 3 days, at my in-laws for 4 days and at my parent's house for 3 days. I will be doing cardio for sure, running and such, but how do I keep up with strength training? When we are at my parent's house I will have access to an Anytime Fitness, but other than that I won't have access to any equipment. Any ideas?

Trees, stones, bodyweight exercises. There are always options available no matter where you are. Just pick up something heavy! Bodyweight exercises can be challenging enough.

    How about a resistance band?

I agree that resistance bands are great. You could also use your body weight for some exercises, like pushups.

You can try some body weight stuff if you want. Personally, I think if you are not doing it already, it won't be super helpful. I mean it's only 10 days. Depending on the timing you do 1 or 2 workouts at Anytime and you should be fine. Actually, layoff the whole 10 days is not going to be that big a deal. Any transient strength declines will be easily regained. Enjoy the vacation.

Pushups, pull ups, crunches and running. All you need really.

Or, throw big rocks, climb trees, swim, run, hike, and just constantly move.

Thanks everyone, I was thinking about doing body weight exercises, it's just going to be a little different from my normal routine! A mix up will be good, though. I will enjoy my vacation, but I still want to be active :)
