I've lost 16 pounds since I've started MFP in January 2012. I have more to go, but I don't know how much more I should lose. I finally bought a bikini and this is where I am today. I'm a work in progress and currently swimming, running, and now lifting. I can't wait to get some 'guns!' lol

Sorry, I don't have a lot of before pics, I didn't want to be in them!

    I can;t see pics while I am on my work computer to I'm not sure if that link brings you to your album but if you are trying to post them within this message you need to select the link that has img in it.

    Thank you....more work to do though. Hopefully lifting weights will tone my arms some, but it's a start.
