NSV brag..My next door neighbour (merchant seaman) who came home today said to me..."last time I came home (3 months ago) I thought you are looking skinny..but this time you look fit! he is 30..I am 58...all I can say is all you who are younger than me...you can look much younger than your years....by keeping fit and healthy...so go for it..:)
