Not getting enough calories

I am having a problem with not eating enough calories. I find that this may be effecting my weight loss because I keep reading that I should be eating my goal amount of calories if I want to properly loss weight. My weight keeps staying the same and wavering between 162 and 160.
Yesterday, all I consumed were 2 boiled eggs, a glass of milk, a mars bar (cheated lol), a bowl of multigrain cereal and 4 cups of water.
Now that may look like a huge problem. I am not purposely trying to starve myself, it is just my body doesn't tell me it's hungry and I am not craving for anything.. (but that chocolate bar I really didn't need to eat xD) All together that was 638 calories and my daily goal calories is 1200.
Now is this a big problem for me? And how do I fix it?
Like for example, on days I will be working out I should eat every 2-3 hours or something? (something small)
Your feedback will be appreciated ♥

I am the same as you! I eat more than you but I still find it so hard to eat up to my calorie goal (it's also 1200 but since I work out it's usually higher). You're supposed to eat a lot of small meals every 2 hours or so. My parents did this a while back and both lost about 30 pounds within 5 or 6 months. So it works, it's just hard to eat so much when you're already full and tyring to eat healthy/low caloric foods!0

Theres a simple solution to this. Just eat more whether you are hungry or not. Set a schedual to eat something at certain times throughout the day and eventually your body might get used to that and you'll start feeling hungry at those times. Also add higher calorie foods to your already existing meals...well I'd call those snacks... like peanut butter, nuts, avocados, olive oil, etc.
I'm sure you know that eating that tiny amount is only causing you more harm than good..0 -
Thank you guys, I really appreciate your help ♥
I will work on that! Thanks again!0
