    Amazing job! You must be so very proud! I know how tough it is but you CAN beat this...4 years in recovery and going strong. It's hard, but it is so completely worth it. I may not know you, but I will be keeping you in my thoughts and sending you all the happy recovery thoughts I have!

    Good for you! I myself am a recovering binge and compulsive eater. Isn't it a great feeling, to not have food control you? I never thought I could stop my binges; it just felt like I was being frequently possessed by a junk food-eating demon, and only regained my senses after reaching the bottom of several pints, boxes, and bags of goodies.

    For anyone who is still struggling with it, I'd like them to know that everyone can recover, if they're truly willing to, though I certainly recommend not doing it alone. I have had an amazing ED counsellor to help me reprogram my behavioural and thought patterns.
