    You and I are running close to each other.

    I started in January and am down 55 pounds....and almost to my goal (199 pounds).

    Keep it up, and congrats om what you're done so far!!!!!

    Congrats, just joined today and you have inspired me. I am using an old Turbo Jam dvd by Beach Body in which I'm doing 20 min. a day workouts

    Very nice..........I received slim in 6 today and island girl......but i am currently working with hip hop abs, 10 min trainer and doing some outside jogging and elliptical machine.
