I'm so excited! 197.5 this morning. I've lost 35.5 since joining MFP. I have 22.5 to go.
It just felt so good not to see that 2 on the scale this morning. Yeah!!!!! Thanks for everyone l's support. I did the first several months without being part of the mfp community. I've done much better, been more motivated, learned so much and gotten great support from the folks on here.
