    Hello from Ottawa!

    It's still pretty hot here, but it's cooled down from last week. Still jogging at night to avoid the worst heat though!

    Northern BC here, hot here too, but no complaints.
    Someone asked me what we do up here in the summer and I told them that if it falls on a weekend we normally go to the lake. :laugh:

    Sask over here... we hit 48C today in the shop I work at...

    I love the heat personally but 48C is a little to warm when you are trying to work lol

    Ottawa, ON native here! The weather's getting warmer steadily, just came back from a run and suffering from heat stress. Mainly headache and dizziness, along with mny eyes are having issues focusing...Had me some electrolytes as well as juice and Tylenol but eh, doesn't seem to work too well as of an hour ago

    Winnipeg here, the weather's not any better. I'm making the most of it and getting to the beach tho, hoping to not die of a heat stroke lol. the humidity has gone down a little as of late atleast

    yes, and I'm from BC! it's 35 degrees in the shade in front of my house today!! but we just lived through rain and rain and rain and rain so am not going to complain! am not!! drank 4 club sodas with lemon in a row today - phew - think i was a bit dehydrated!
