Can some one help me loose weight???

I am 6.1feet, 205lbs., and I want to loose at least 25lbs. What should I do? Can some one send me examples of diet plans? Feel free to add me.

  • You dont need a diet plan.. Just eat healthy, meaning nothing that is processed/out of a packet.

    Lean meat (chicken breast, no skin/fat & fish especially)
    Veges
    Fruit
    Protein - eggs, low fat yoghurt..
    Nuts and seeds

    Use lemon juice, spices, tomato etc to flavour, try to stay away from sauces..

    You'll notice a huge difference straight away in the way you feel and the way you look.
