Some days I just want to eat

Does anyone else feel like this?

    I definitely get cravings. Things I haven't had in a while--chocolate cake, a pizza, an Italian sub.

    But I find if I go with something lower-calorie and healthy, like a banana, I feel full and the craving is gone.

    Never went through one of those periods where I just wanted to eat all day--is that what you're talking about? I actually did that once, on a previous diet that encouraged a binge day, and felt so awful I no longer binge but get healthy snacks and low-cal treats here and there.
