Do you think you would get good/ the same results doing the Shred (3 levels each day) in 10 days rather than 30 days? Or is that just wishful thinking?

oh wow i dont think i would have the will power to do that! but im on level 2 right now and I double up some days if i skip a day, do it once in the morning, once at night.0

i think you risk doing yourself an injury and you will ache to much to keep up 3 a day.0

Lol. Very wishful thinking!
I think it would be overall ineffective. You'd most likely end up with an injury....if you managed to keep at it, that is. I start Level 3 tomorrow (day 21) and have found it hard during Level 2 to even do the workout at night and then again the next morning sometimes. Your body needs time to recover.
