30 Day Shred in 10 days? :)

Do you think you would get good/ the same results doing the Shred (3 levels each day) in 10 days rather than 30 days? Or is that just wishful thinking? :)

    oh wow i dont think i would have the will power to do that! but im on level 2 right now and I double up some days if i skip a day, do it once in the morning, once at night.

    i think you risk doing yourself an injury and you will ache to much to keep up 3 a day.

    Lol. Very wishful thinking! :) I think it would be overall ineffective. You'd most likely end up with an injury....if you managed to keep at it, that is. I start Level 3 tomorrow (day 21) and have found it hard during Level 2 to even do the workout at night and then again the next morning sometimes. Your body needs time to recover.

    Agreed! I could maybe do 2 a day. I was just wondering if you would get the same results if you completed it in less than the 30 days. :)
