Hey everybody :happy:

I am a total newbie in here and would very much like to make a whole heap of friends to help me stay on track with my weight loss journey that I am about to start :happy:

I am super friendly and caring so I am here to not only embark on this journey of mine, but also offer my moral support and encouragement to anybody else in here that maybe starting something similar etc :smile:
