50 lbs lost!!!!

I posted two pics on my profile. The one in blue is my heaviest of 282 lbs. The one in black is today, 50 lbs less at 231 lbs.

    You are an inspiration.:flowerforyou: :drinker: :drinker: It looks like you have about the same goal that I do. It will be 8 months in another week or so since I started, and I expect to be at 50 lbs. gone by then. I know how hard it is to get your mind set on doing what you have to do to be successful, and being diabetic adds to the challenge. I am not diabetic, but I have a cousin and a friend who are. The cousin has always kept hers under control with diet and exercise. The friend, unfortunately, still likes to eat more than he should and is on various meds.

    Good job. I know from expereince what a huge difference it makes.

    I just got done with the weights. As I was lugging 2 - 25 lb plates around it occured to me that a year ago that, that weight was clinging to me permanantly.
