    I started the Dukan diet on May 26th, and then discovered this site on June 24th.
    I have lost 43 lbs since I started, and I am surprised at how easy it's been. myfitnesspal.com makes it simple. :)

    I'll be visiting my cousins in Mississauga, ON in 3 weeks. They have been trying to convince me to move there for years now.

    The last time they saw me, i was almost 325 lbs. Now I am very close to 275 and would like to loose at least another 6 before i go there. And they have no idea that i am trying to loose weight. It will be a surprise.:laugh: Need to find a way to take a picture of their reaction.
