Hey guys,

I'm from Ottawa and I was just looking for some fellow Canadian lose-rs.

I think it's super motivating to see everybody see what they are up to, but sometimes I find when you're not in the same timezone or country, you can't relate AS much.

So, here it is, if anybody wants to add me, I swear I don't bite!

I've been on MFP for over 2 months now and hit my 20 pound loss today. I figured I could celebrate with a few newer friends. Even if you're brand spanking new, I'll wake you up if ever you drift away! I joined Goodlife a few weeks ago and freaking love it - if any of you are also at the gym, we can relate on those hardcore classes they give!

    I'm in Ottawa too :) And I go to Goodlife on Queen Street every morning. I actually have a personal trainer there...:)
