    Very nice..........I received slim in 6 today and island girl......but i am currently working with hip hop abs, 10 min trainer and doing some outside jogging and elliptical machine.

    Awesome !! I am gonna have to get my slim in 6 back out and alternate it with my mama wants her body back workouts. I also just started jogging in the pool ! That has replaced my walking since it has been so hot and humid lately. My goal is to lose 55 lbs. You are an inspiration !!
    Way to go. Hopefully I will be able to post before/after pics in about 5 months with the same success.

    You look good! Great job! I'm down 36 lbs since I started in January following WW points plus. Have plateaued over a month ago and started Insanity work-out. I'm on my 5th week, and lost a measly 2 lbs. But I'm feeling my body getting stronger and tighter. It's soooo hard to lose that last 5-10 lbs. Any pointers?
